The Fremont County Election Division is dedicated to coordinating, preparing, and processing all general, primary, and coordinated elections in Fremont County, Colorado. Our mission is to ensure the integrity of all elections, and to provide every eligible elector the opportunity to participate in the democratic process.

There are approximately 35,000 registered voters in Fremont County, Colorado. Of the 35,000 registered voters, approximately 31,000 are “active” voters. Your status can change from active to inactive for various reasons. For example; if you’ve moved and have not submitted a change of address, resulting in a returned ballot, your status would be changed from "active" to "inactive".

Make sure you stop by our office, or go online to GOVOTECOLORADO.GOV to update your information to ensure a smooth Election Day process.
